State Street in Bridgeport, CT to PioneerKids LLC which is affiliated with Adam J. Lewis Academy. In mid-2021, Choyce Peterson was appointed by Courtland Street Partners LLC as the exclusive listing agent for this office building situated on a main thoroughfare with excellent visibility and accessibility. The building is convenient to both CT Transit bus routes and the Metro North train station, as well as Route 8 off I-95 and the Merritt Parkway. The Choyce Peterson Capital Markets team was made up of Vice Presidents Scott Peterson and Charlene O’Connell.
To promote this office building, Choyce Peterson created an offering memorandum and marketed it through an extensive direct mail and email campaign to targeted office and commercial real estate investors in and around Fairfield County. There were several interested parties over the course of the listing and multiple offers at the time of the seller’s final decision. Ultimately, PioneerKids LLC selected this site because of its proximity to the existing main building of the Adam J. Lewis Academy. The Board of Directors have planned an expansion of the school’s facilities at 430 State Street. This innovative private school serving inner city children in Pre-K through 4th Grade has arranged to add an additional grade level to its curriculum each upcoming school year until 8th Grade.
