Hodgson and Hannigan consulted with Hi-Link on their changing space needs which included a continued Stamford presence, highway accessibility, an open floor plan and flexible work spaces for the firm’s expanding sales and consulting staff.
With their lease expiry approaching quickly,the Choyce Peterson team responded with a complete needs and market analysis and tours of available space in the Stamford market.Hi-Link was interested in the technology-focused Bulls Head area, with particular interest in 60 Long Ridge Road given its central location.
Choyce Peterson commenced proposal negotiations on behalf of Hi-Link. The end result was favorable terms for Hi-Link’s relocation to 60 Long Ridge Road within a very tight time frame. Hi-Link’s exact layout and specifications, including an open floor plan and a flexible bullpen area for their rotating sales staff was achieved.
