Connecticut CRAZIES Honors Local Favorites
At the Connecticut Restaurant Association’s annual CRAZIES awards (the state’s big night for restaurant recognition), several eateries walked away with top honors — including two right in our backyard. The awards celebrate culinary excellence, community impact, hospitality, innovation, and growth in Connecticut’s vibrant dining scene.
Locally, Restaurant of the Year honors went to Community Table in New Preston, but two neighborhood standouts also stole the spotlight: Restaurant L’Ostal in Darien was named Fairfield County Restaurant of the Year, and Bar Bushido in Norwalk snagged Restaurant Newcomer of the Year.
Big congrats to all the winners — and especially the local kitchens representing our community with truly memorable food and hospitality.
